The Management Center is offering a special Management Crash Course this December, designed to create a space to discuss the challenges of being a manager who identifies as a person of color, while still presenting all of the basics of effective management that we offer in our regular Management Crash Course.
Folks should apply to attend if:
1.They are a manager who has been wanting to take our Management Crash Course or who would benefit from the course, which covers how to be a great manager and get the most out of their team, and
2.They're interested in connecting over issues faced by managers who identify as people of color in progressive and non-profit organizations.
The 20-30 person training will take place in Washington, DC on Thursday, December 11
through Friday, December 12, and will include dinner on Thursday night.
Because this is the first time we are leading this training, we will offer it at a special discount rate of $250 per participant (a significant discount from our regular per person rate of $475).
We do request that interested folks fill out this quick questionnaire to let us know why they're interested in attending.
