GAIN Trainings

In 2004, Democratic GAIN trained over 6,500 campaign operatives and 60% of our trainees were from communities of color. Throughout the year, GAIN hosted 15 trainings around the country, including the largest training in the history of the Party at the Democratic National Convention.

Building on that success, Democratic GAIN plans to continue our trainings around the country, featuring intense three-day sessions on a variety of campaign skills. In conjunction with our Regional Trainings, GAIN will continue to host Career Fairs in with political campaigns and organizations. All attendees are encouraged to bring their resumes as numerous groups specializing in various parts of the political process come searching for skilled professionals.
