How do I post a job on the GAIN Job Board?
To post a job you need to have an organization profile. If you don't, click on "Join GAIN" and select an organizational account type. Login with your account info and click on "Post a Job." From there you can click on "Submit an Opening" and fill out the info for the job posting. Your job will be active on our job board for 30 days unless you update it or deactivate it.

I'm not in DC! What are my options for getting involved with GAIN?
Fear not! We host trainings in a variety of locations across the country, check out our site for the latest calendar of events. We also offer several of our trainings via webinar. And, if you are a dues-paying member of GAIN you can access one-on-one career counseling by phone, Skype, or in-person at locations around the country.
If I want to post jobs to the job board what membership level should I purchase and how much does it cost?
All organizational members can post their job openings and have them viewed by thousands of progressive job-seekers!
Join GAIN and select the organizational membership you'd like and create a profile. After you've done that, sign into your account, click on "Post a Job" and then you can submit your opening.
How do I know what membership level I have?
If you're not sure what membership level you are, click here. (You must be signed in to access membership status.)
How do I upgrade my membership?
Individual users can upgrade to an individual membership, and organizational users can upgrade to an organizational membership. To upgrade or renew you must be signed into your account. You can then click on "Membership Status" under the membership drop down menu and click the "securely renew your membership" link. To change your membership from individual to organizational, or vice versa, please Contact us!

What does my membership fee go to?
Your dues help us to maintain and provide career assistance, the job board, events, trainings, workshops and more. GAIN also works with progressive organizations who have hiring needs, and connects them to the right candidates. With such a large progressive community this is a big job!
